And a happy new year 2022 !
Ok it has been already a week since we started 2022 I know. :)...
I didn't even send a message to wish you that before as we were focusing on fulfilling the orders the past few weeks so I am taking the chance now.
2021 has been challenging for most of us. That is for sure. Still, despite the challenges here we are. Ready to attack 2022. If 2021 taught us something, it is resilience. As athlete, we know all to well how important it is to be resilient. It may be the biggest asset we need in order to succeed.
I wish you a wonderful 2022 with health and success ! May it be filled with new achievement and exciting stories.
Now, back to the game.
International orders have been released
We shipped most of the international orders at the very eve of 2022.
Some of you already received your packages, thank you so much for your positive feedbacks !
If you haven't received your package, it is now just a matter of time till the post deliver your package.
For backers outside europe, it'll take a little bit more time till the post reaches you.
Nevertheless, if you'd like an update, do not hesitate to contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can have a look together at the tracking number.
As an international backers I had to pay customs
Some backers notified us that they had to pay customs prior to receiving their packages. Unfortunately we have no control on local customs, regulation and trade deals between Switzerland and other countries. We really do apologizes for the inconvenience though we have no control on it.
We plan to open a subsidiary in europe to prevent customs fees in the future for our european clients.
I am in switzerland and still haven't received my package !
First of all, my apologizes for these delays.
Swiss order have been released in priority. However we had a lots of challenges with our warehouse with many errors on the warehouse side with our orders. Some of the orders could not be fulfilled because of internal issues with the warehouse.
As a result, we will stop working with our current warehouse and we will manage ourselves our own shipping and fulfillment.
If you are in Switzerland and you still haven't received your package, please send us a message at email@example.com , we will follow up directly with you.
We will also make it up to you for the delays.

Hope you are well,
We are almost finished with the shipping to our Swiss backers and we will begin shortly to ship internationally.
Last chance to change your size before we start shipping
This is the last call to send me a message and confirm your size in case you are not sure.
Following my last news update, I have received several requests for changes, and indeed some needed to size up. No problem at this stage as we haven't started to ship yet.
If you are not sure about the size you should take, send me a message : firstname.lastname@example.org
Though, bear in mind that our swimwear are designed to be worn with a snug fit as they will stretch out and act like a second skin once in the water. They are made of the same raw material as Tech suits (polyamide 6) and this why you will have this compressive feeling at first.
But if it feels a bit tight at first, it means it's the good size !
We will start shipping for our international backers on 17.12.21.
All international shipping will have a tracking number so we can keep track of your order. Just contact us to get to know.
What happens if I want to change the size after it has been shipped out
After we start the shipping, we won't be able to change the size anymore.
Though we always offer an exchange, we will request to send us back the suit and to contribute to the shipping costs of the new suit in case of an exchange. So it's better to change before we start shipping !

International shipping is about to start !
As we have done most of our National Swiss shipping, we are about to start shipping to our international backers in the coming days.
We have received a few feedbacks from our backers about the size. For our international backers, this is the last chance to change your size !
Last chance to change your size
Our first shipment to our Swiss backers allowed us to have some first feedbacks.
First, we received many feedback on the quality and finish of the product and we are so relieved that it lived up to your expectation !
Second, we also received some queries to exchange sizes for a bigger size.
The feedbacks I received tended to say that our sizes are more on the smaller end.
In fact we designed our range of swimsuit with our national athletes, which in general, have a more slim body type.
If you have a normal body type, I would encourage you to size up to prevent any surprises. Please check our updated size benchmark
However please note that our swimwear are designed to have a snug fit.
We designed our line for active swimwear looking for good support throughout their training.
It is supposed to feel tight at first when you try it dry. While In the water, the fabric will stretch and will act like a second skin.
Being made with the same raw material as the Tech Suits, our swimwear act a little bit like them in a way (tight at first, but then it will gradually stretch).
We will allow a few days so that you can look up your size and decide if you need to size up or not.
I heard a "crack" noise when trying the suit !
If you hear a "crack" noise when trying the suit for the first time, it is totally normal. This is the guiding line for the reinforced stitches used by our manufacture to do this special construction. The first time you try the suit, the guiding line will break, which is totally normal. If you don't see any outside breakage in the suit, you are all good !
Wash your products individually the first time
Or use a color absorbing towel to avoid the colors from fading from your products (Streetwear or swimwear) onto other garments. This is an industry standard but don't make that mistake the first time you receive our Swimwear and Streetwear :). I wouldn't want you to ruin your product at the first wash !
I am in Switzerland and I haven't received my products yet
Don't worry. We have shipped to most of our Swiss backers, so now your products is at the hands of the Swiss post :). It will arrive in the coming days, if it hasn't arrived yet !
If you purchased a T-Shirt along your swimwear, we haven't shipped to you yet. The reason is that we had a shortage of T-Shirts and are expecting a new drop by next week. We'll be able to ship to you the whole package by then.

I hope you are all well ! A good news in this update :)
We are starting to ship your rewards !
The news you all waited ! After many challenges to overcome on the logistic side, we finally received everything at our warehouse and we will start shipping right away !
I personally went to the warehouse yesterday after a long trip (4h) from Lausanne to Bürglen (Switzerland) to fix all the last logistic issues and even missed my train back home.
However the good news is, we are now good to go to begin shipping tomorrow onward !
What next ?
We will start to roll out the domestic orders first, i.e the Swiss orders to make sure everything is alright for the first few orders.
Once we have the confirmation that the first orders have been well received, we'll start to ship the international orders.

First shipment received + new delays

I wanted to give quick news about the upcoming shipment. We are almost there!
First shipment received
Good news! We just received in our Swiss warehouse our first batch of swimwear. They are looking good! I'm sure you'll love it.
It's a first milestone and we are really relieved that our swimwear are finally home.
However, there's a catch.
New delays: 2 more weeks before shipping.
Despite the fact we received our first swimwear batch, we are still awaiting the packaging and accessories to come.
As you may know, the global situation currently with shipping is very problematic. Many flights are cancelled and shipping prices have more than doubled.
Our Swimwear and Streetwear batch were sent just before many carrier flights were cancelled.
However, we are still awaiting our packaging & accessories batch to be cleared for take-off.
This is the reality of production and logistic "hell".
We are expecting to receive our last production batch (packaging & accessories) within 10 days.
We will be able to start dispatching at this moment! Just a little bit more to wait.
