1 month after our last news, where are we ?

Hope you are all well,

It has been a month since our last update. Where are we up to ? Here is the summary of our news.

SURVEY : NOT SENT YET

"They were caught in the fish nets !"

First of all, my deepest apologizes for having been too confident with that statement. I underestimated the amount of work to be done prior to send the surveys. 

Up until now, we fully focused on production and on the fulfilment system. It was a necessary effort to shorten the deliveries for our next orders.

We also wanted to perfect our last prototypes with the last feedback of our ambassadors before launching the production (mainly on the print durability).

We are now reaching the end of all the work and hopefully, we will be able to send the survey.

We are still on track for deliveries in August.

I will send an update when everything is settled and when we are ready to send out the surveys. 

THE FIRST TECH SUIT EVER MADE WITH RECYCLED MATERIAL

Beside the work on the production, we are very glad to announce you that we achieved our first Racing Suit prototype codename : CRUSADER.

Made of recycled Woven Polyester, the suit is ultra compressive, water repellent, and ultra sonic bonded. 

It aims to compete against the top-level racing suit on the market today.

We have been developping our Racing Suit since June 2020 and we finally delivered our first viable prototype, after many trials and errors.  

The racing suit has been tested by our elite swimmer and sent out to FINA for the certification. If the suits passes the certification, it will be authorized to be used in the official competition (like the Olympic Games !). 

FIRST OFFICIAL PARTNERSHIP

SHARK REBELLION has signed its first long term deal with the Swiss Swimming Club MORGES NATATION.

A swimming club funded in  1975 which embodies the values of team spirit, family and dedication. Their goal is to teach, train and to make people discover the beauty of swimming. These are values in which SHARK REBELLION is totally aligned.

This partnership will allow the club to benefits from exclusive advantages and custom SHARK REBELLION equipment.  This is the materialization of the unlimited number of hours, days and months of hard work to reach to that point.

We can't express how grateful we are for the trust Morges Natation has put in us.

KICKSTARTER CAMPAIGN FUNDED 716%

I wanted to give you some news on SHARK REBELLION. Things have been crazy lately and I couldn't even send an update to celebrate the end of our Kickstarter campaign, funded 716% !

That is just amazing. 

Thank you so much for your support ! This gave us the confidence to pursue our mission and one step closer to our goal to protect our Oceans.

SHARK REBELLION SWIM CUP

Yes you read it well. SHARK REBELLION organized its very first Swim meet with its partner, Morges Natation swimming club in Switzerland a little more than a week ago.  

An amazing opportunity to show our brand, meet swimmers, get their feedback and having them test our prototypes.

SHARK REBELLION is on the National News 

As we were closing the Kickstarter campaign, we were invited on stage to present SHARK REBELLION at the national TV RTS INFO. 

We also had a coverage on RTS SPORT, where we could present a little bit more in details our project, along with our 2 brand ambassadors.

This gave us massive exposure in Switzerland and a unique opportunity to raise awareness on the current ocean pollution.

FULLY FUNDED ON KICKSTARTER IN 4H30 !!!!

We did it guys ! We reached our funding objective in 4h30 !

We are 100% fully funded on the first few hours of our launch. This is just incredible. I can't express how grateful and humbled I am to be backed by such a supportive community ! Guys I love you. Thank you !

Despite some glitches in the campaign, you decided to support SHARK REBELLION and again, I can't be thankful for your support (and we are working on correcting the glitches of course).

This is just the beginning of our journey. Now we have to push through to make history ! 

What next ? Now that we have reached our funding goal within the first 24H, our campaign will have (hopefully) an organic push and more people will get to know our campaign. This is where the real deal begins.

There are a few stretch goals to unlock new (bright) colors at 10K and 15K. Let's continue to share the campaign and push through to unlock these new colors !
